Working with us
What is Robles Technologies?
A technology consulting team in Manila, working with companies around the world: GEO and SEO, Smartsheet, automations and AI, web development and technical consulting, and Web3 through our partner Quecko.
Who do you work with?
Growing businesses and enterprises, from startups scaling their operations to Fortune 500 companies that need specialized Smartsheet or integration work, in the US and around the world.
You’re in Manila. How does working together go?
Our team is in Manila and works across your time zone, with clear, early updates from the first call to launch and after it.
Which service do I need?
Tell us the problem on a free 30-minute call. We’ll say which service fits, or which ones together, then send a fixed-price proposal within 48 hours.
How is each service billed?
GEO is monthly, with a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Smartsheet, automation and web projects are a fixed price per project. Technical consulting is by the hour or a monthly retainer, and Quecko prices Web3 work.
Are your prices fixed?
Yes. Every project gets a fixed-price proposal after the free call, and what’s quoted is what you pay. Retainers have set monthly inclusions; any extra time is billed at our published hourly rates.
Can we start small?
Yes. Technical advice by the hour, Smartsheet’s Launchpad tier and the Pilot tier for automations are all built as low-commitment ways in. Grow from there once you’ve seen how we work.
What if what we need doesn’t fit a tier?
Then we scope it with you on the call and price it to fit, in the same fixed-price proposal.
How do we reach you?
Write to contact@roblestech.net, send a message from the contact page, or book a free 30-minute call.
GEO + SEO
See the service: GEO + SEOWhat’s the difference between GEO and SEO?
SEO earns a ranking on a results page; GEO earns a citation inside an AI’s answer. They share their foundations (technical health, structured data, content with authority), but GEO works to get you named in the answer, not linked below it.
How soon will we see citations?
Most programs see the first citations move within the 3-month minimum. Your baseline is tracked from day one, so you see when and where it happens.
Which AI engines do you track?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google, on every program. They differ in how many questions we track: 10 on Foundation, 15 on Engine, 20 on Operator.
Who owns the content and the dashboard if we leave?
You do. Every post is published on your domain, and your dashboard’s data leaves with you.
Do you work with brands outside supplements and fitness?
Yes. The method works anywhere buyers ask AI a question in your category, B2B software included. Supplements and fitness are where we specialize.
Smartsheet consulting
See the service: Smartsheet consultingDo we need a Smartsheet license first?
Yes. Your plan (Pro, Business or Enterprise) is billed to you by Smartsheet; our fee covers the consulting, the build and the support. We can help you choose the plan on the first call.
How soon can we go live?
Launchpad in 2 to 3 weeks, Momentum in 4 to 6 and Enterprise in 8 to 16, depending on scope. Every build ends with a handover and support after launch.
Can you fix the Smartsheet we already have?
Yes. Many projects start with a health check of what you have, then rebuild only the parts slowing your team down.
Who owns it when the project ends?
You do. It’s built in your Smartsheet account, documented, and handed over with training, so your team can run it without us.
Automations and AI
See the service: Automations and AIWhat does the audit include?
A map of your workflows, the handoffs worth automating, and a plan ranked by effort and payback. It’s yours to keep, whoever builds it.
What happens to the audit’s fee?
All $2,500 of it is credited against any build you start within 60 days of receiving the audit.
Which tools can you connect?
Anything with an API: CRMs, help desks, Smartsheet, spreadsheets, email, Slack, voice and your own databases. If a tool has no API, we design around it, and tell you so.
Do you look after what you build?
Yes, on a Managed AI Operations retainer: monitoring, error handling, model updates and improvements. Or we hand it over, documented, and your team runs it.
Are the AI and phone costs included?
No, and we never take a cut of them. The AI model, phone and messaging accounts are in your name, and you pay those providers directly. We set them up, and estimate what they’ll cost each month while we scope the build.
Web3 and blockchain
See the service: Web3 and blockchainWho does the work, you or Quecko?
Quecko builds it, and you contract with Quecko directly. We check the fit first and introduce you, and can connect the build to your systems as a separate project.
How is Web3 work priced?
Quecko scopes and prices each project after the introduction. Chain work varies too much for honest published tiers.
What if blockchain isn’t right for our idea?
We’ll say so on the call and, where it helps, suggest the simpler build through our web development or automation work instead.
Which chains do you build on?
The use case decides: EVM chains for most business applications, others where liquidity, cost or compliance call for them. We recommend; you decide.
Web development and UI
See the service: Web development and UIDo you redesign sites, or only build new ones?
Both. A redesign starts with an audit of what’s working, so you keep what you’ve built and fix what’s costing you speed or customers.
What does a project cost?
It’s scoped on a free 30-minute call, with a fixed-price proposal within 48 hours. Six kinds of build vary too much for honest published tiers.
Who looks after the site after launch?
You choose: a documented handover your team runs, or a support retainer through our technical consulting.
How does web work help GEO?
AI engines favor fast, well-structured sites. The schema, speed and semantic markup we build in are the technical half of a GEO program.
Technical consulting
See the service: Technical consultingAdvisory or a retainer: which do we need?
Advisory is for a decision: an architecture question, a vendor choice, a second opinion. A retainer is for ongoing work: someone senior building and reviewing every month.
What does a $1,500 session include?
A working session on one problem, our preparation before it, and written recommendations after. No retainer needed.
Can we move between them?
Yes. Many clients start with a session, move to a retainer as the work ramps up, and to Dedicated when they need someone to own it.
How is Dedicated different from hiring a CTO?
You get senior technical ownership, weekly executive alignment and same-day replies, for less than a full-time executive, and you can scale it down when the heavy lifting is done.
Tell us what’s slowing you down.
A free 30-minute call, then a fixed-price proposal within 48 hours. No commitment.
